The Top Down Bottom Up option is available with our cell shades.  Many of our customers include the Top Down Bottom Up option so they can enjoy the natural light with optimum privacy.  The Top Down Bottom Up feature commonly used in bathrooms.  It Has two controls, one for the top of the shade to come down from the top,  as seen in this picture.  The other control is bring the bottom of the shade to go up.
